Appointments & Booking
Appointments can be made online, via phone, or in person. You agree to provide accurate information while booking. Blush Beauty Studio reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to emergencies, technical issues, or professional circumstances.
Late Arrivals: Late arrivals may shorten your treatment time or require rescheduling depending on availability.
Cancellations & No-Show: Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to avoid any cancellation fees. Frequent no-shows may result in restricted booking privileges.
Payments
We accept online payments, cards, UPI (if applicable), and cash. Service prices may change at any time without notice. Discounts, packages, and promotional offers cannot be combined unless clearly stated.
Refunds & Returns
Service Refunds: Due to the nature of beauty services, no refunds are issued once a service is completed. If you experience a concern regarding a service, contact us within 24 hours.
Product Refunds: We only accept returns of unused and unopened beauty products within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt. Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to inform our professionals about any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities that may affect your treatment. Blush Beauty Studio is not responsible for any adverse reactions caused by undisclosed conditions or failure to follow aftercare instructions.
Gift Cards, Offers & Packages
All gift cards, prepaid packages, and promotional services offered by Blush Beauty Studio are non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used before their expiration date.
